Disposition Approval Workflows
Each Record Policy establishes a defined interval at which the system initiates a Disposition Approval Workflow for all records with a past Disposition Date. Records may be excluded from this process if an alternate Record Policy is in effect. Every Disposition Approval Workflow includes, at a minimum, a Review and Approve Records Disposition Task. Upon completion of the workflow, the system executes the Disposition Action specified in the Policy for each applicable record, excluding any under Hold status. Users can access their assigned tasks in the Inbox, while Records Managers can monitor Disposition Approval Workflows through the Records Disposition Dashboard.
