Step 3: Your Inbox

 

The Inbox, accessible from the left-hand menu, serves as a central location for managing your assigned tasks. If your organization utilizes Workflows, this includes tasks designated to any user groups to which you belong.

Within the Inbox, you will find three primary tabs: Active Tasks, On Hold, and Recently Completed. These curated views help you efficiently track tasks by status and prioritize your workload.

Additionally, you can apply search filters and create custom saved searches directly from this screen, as demonstrated in the previous slides.
