 New Features
  • Modern UI Refinements — Continued quality and UX improvements across the modern interface, including checklist views for documents, batch and split from document upload, and a sustained pass on UI bugs and edge cases.
  • Open-Ended Search Improvements — Search queries that previously returned too many results to display now return the first set of results sorted by most recently modified, giving users something useful instead of a dead end.
  • Section 508 Accessibility Improvements — A targeted set of accessibility enhancements to meet 508 compliance requirements, with automated accessibility scanning now integrated into the development pipeline to catch regressions before they ship.
Under-the-Hood Enhancements
  • Flexible Identity Provider (IdP) Support — QAction now supports connection to any OIDC-compliant identity provider, giving agencies the flexibility to integrate with their preferred IAM solution without being tied to a specific platform.
  • Secure Container Support & Dependency Upgrades — Infrastructure-level updates to support secure container deployments and keep platform dependencies current.
  • Telemetry & Behavioral Analytics — QAction now emits foundational telemetry, giving the QFlow team visibility into product usage to drive improvements.
Bug Fixes
  • Saved search email notifications now function correctly.
  • Immediate object email notifications now send reliably.
  • COLD files dated prior to 2022 now render and download correctly in the document previewer.
  • Contract document view now displays the correct checked-out and signed status indicators, and honors the user's double-click preference for opening documents.
  • Switching between legacy and modern UI now preserves context, landing users on the equivalent section rather than the default home screen.
  • Saved document links from external tools (such as Confluence, HubSpot, and email) now resolve correctly in the modern UI.
  • Export jobs in the modern UI now correctly include all selected columns and maintain the applied filter count.
  • Search results within saved inbox views in the modern UI now return expected results without errors.
  • Auto-indexing in the modern UI now correctly populates Document Type fields, consistent with legacy behavior.
  • The Initiate Workflow toggle is now available in the modern UI when uploading documents to workflow-enabled folders.
  • Emails added via the Gmail plug-in now preview and download correctly in the document viewer.
  • Hovering over a document title in search results now displays a tooltip with the full title.
  • The classification hierarchy selector now scrolls to the previously selected value when reopened, rather than starting at the top of the tree.
