Emailing Document Links
- In the left navigation pane, click Documents, and perform a search to locate a document.
- Click the Actions menu next to the document title.
- Click E-mail Link. An Outlook email window appears with a link in the body of the email.
- Enter information in the To and Subject fields, and add any other information in the body of the email.
- Click Send.
- In the left navigation pane, click Documents, and perform a search to locate a document.
- Click the Actions menu next to the document title.
- Click E-mail Link and Document Attachment. An Outlook email window appears with a link in the body of the email and the document attached to the email.
- Enter information in the To and Subject fields, and add any other information in the body of the email.
- Click Send.
