Configuring the Email Chrome Extension

To configure the URL, please follow these steps:

1. Click the Customize icon and navigate to More Tools > Extensions.

2. Locate the QAction GMail Extension and select Details.

3. Scroll down and click Extension Options.

4. Enter the /services/ URL corresponding to the appropriate environment, then click Save.

Note: If the URL is not configured, users attempting to add an email to QAction will receive the following message: “Please configure QAction URL in extension options.”
