Records Disposition Dashboard

This screen is accessible to Records Managers for viewing, tracking, and managing Record Categories, as well as the records governed by associated Record Policies and Disposition Approval Workflows.

To access this screen, select Retention from the menu. The interface provides detailed information for each Record Category, displaying record states such as Total, Cutoff Met, Cutoff Not Met, Holds, and Disposition Initiated.

Record numbers are interactive, enabling users to perform detailed searches. An Actions drop-down menu is available to facilitate Disposition Approval Workflow management.
