Index Fields Maintenance

To access the Index Fields Maintenance screen, navigate to the Administration menu.

Index fields can be added within the context of Business Object Document Classifications and Workflow Folder Definitions. When creating a new index field, administrators have the option to configure settings such as Display Name, Data Type, Multi-valued selection, Maximum Length, Visible Lines, List of Values, System Name, and View Mode Mask.

The maintenance screen provides a comprehensive overview, enabling administrators to review all index fields in the system and identify their usage locations.
