Content Collector Email Setup
Use this screen to configure the collection and management of user emails within QAction.
Administrators can define how emails are stored, update or remove existing content collector entries, and export relevant data as needed.
The Content Collector Email Setup leverages IBM Collective Content Services to automatically back up and index emails within the QAction platform.
Available options include selecting the appropriate classification and document type for email storage, specifying user email addresses for targeted collection, enabling automated indexing and secure storage of critical communications, and providing authorized users with advanced search capabilities for stored emails.
